Portfolio of Evidence

Your Portfolio of Evidence will back up the activities you have listed on your Personal Development Plan. Evidence will not be available for every activity but where it is available you are asked to include it in your Portfolio. The Registration Scheme guidelines explain the types and format of evidence acceptable. Your Learning and Development Record should also be placed in your Portfolio.
