Events and Training Opportunities with ARA
As you move along your career path you will inevitably be seeking ways to broaden your skills and knowledge. Training is core to this and the ARA team is here to help.
We provide a programme of events and training throughout the UK and Ireland for all those working in the sector. The content represents archives, archive conservation and records management interests. This includes subjects and themes that our members have identified as being important to their own professional development and career goals.
ARA members get access to special member discounts on all chargeable events. Many events are free and open to members or anyone with an interest in the topic.
Professional Registration
Professional development is critical to moving your career forward and is something we take seriously at the ARA. Our professional development programme is the pathway for ARA members to achieve professional qualification status in the form of Professional Registration.
