Jenny Moran

Jenny has been working in archives since 1991 and an ARA member since 1994. She have served on the board as Honorary Secretary and been chair of the East Midlands region twice! 

She has currently got two jobs to keep her busy. She’s the joint manager of the Record Office for Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland, home of the famous Thomas Cook archive, and the Records Manager for De Montfort University. She is also the chair of our newly launched regional network Archives Connected East Midlands.

She’s passionate about equalities, diversity and inclusion and has been working in these areas at a grassroots level for many years. She believes that the ARA and its members have the drive and commitment to bring about real change, not only in our sector, but in the wider world.
