Apprenticeship and employee further study support

The record-keeping job market is increasingly competitive and we want to help employers attract and retain talent as well as diversify career routes.

We have launched a short survey, aimed at employers, to help us better understand the current job market. We’re also using the survey to promote two ARA initiatives funded by The National Archives (UK). One will support the new Level 7 Archivist and Records Manager apprenticeship by offering four weeks paid ‘pre-apprenticeship’ work experience. This will help employers attract interest from new audiences. The other initiative will fund opportunities for existing support/admin staff to study one online module from an ARA-accredited post-graduate course. More details are available from the survey.

So please complete the survey here, share your recruitment insights and register your interest in the two ARA/TNA career initiatives. The survey takes approximately three minutes to complete and will close on 24th November.
