ARA Conference - fringe events

With a return to a face-to-face conference in Chester this year (31st August to 2nd September) we are able to host a number of Conference Fringe events on Thursday afternoon.

The events take place between the end of the formal sessions and the drinks reception for the Gala Dinner - with plenty of time in between for delegates to get their glad rags on!

If I want to be a good ally...

Is it okay to ask where someone is from?

Should I use BIPOC, Black or Person of Colour?

Why are white people called 'privileged'?

Will someone tell me the rules?

Come and have a chat and learn to be a stronger ally. All delegates welcome.
