Competency Framework Review

We’ve started a review of our competency framework and need your feedback, insight and expertise.  This is your opportunity to help improve and develop the competency framework to ensure it remains fit-for-purpose and future proofed. We will also be consulting with ARA members, stakeholder organisations, academics and other record keeping professionals.

There are two ways to take part in the review. You’re invited to comment on individual competencies and level examples, as well as the overall framework and structure. You can also suggest new areas of competence that you would like to see in the revised framework.

The review will close on 28th February 2023.
