Luke has spent many years offering his voluntary services for various archiving services. He has aided the archiving processes for Essex Police Museum, Suffolk Archives and Essex Record Office. These roles have involved processing, cataloguing, accessioning, auditing, inputting and scanning different materials held by these organisations, which include written documents, photographs and audio or video materials. Luke has also aided with maintaining physical exhibits in certain circumstances.

Highlights of Luke’s career involve transcribing notebooks used by Essex policemen, producing a booklet of creative writing for the Essex Police Museum, and contributing to the St Audrey’s Hospital Indexing Project.

Luke has held a firm dedication to and passion for record-keeping in his career. He takes his tasks seriously, works hard and spends many hours working through large bulks of material.
