Honorary Secretary

David qualified from the Liverpool course in 2001 and gained Registered status in 2008. He is currently working towards Fellowship. Since qualifying, he has worked in a variety of records related roles in Scottish universities, local government and business sectors. He is now Archive Manager at media company DC Thomson in Dundee. David has been actively involved with the ARA for most of his career, as Training Officer for Scotland, and then secretary of the Professional Development Committee, and latterly the CPD Steering and Pilot Group. He brings his skills and experience to the Board with an open mind.
