Do you have a burning question on copyright or data protection that you’d like answered? Submit it beforehand and our experts will provide insightful answers.
In this webinar, delegates will shape the content by submitting copyright and data protection questions in advance. We guarantee to answer at least one question per delegate but will aim to cover more within the hour. Questions might include topics from previous sessions, such as identification and classification of personal data, managing orphan works, the international framework, exceptions and limitations to copyright, changes to data protection and privacy legislation, notice and takedown policies and practices, all within archival contexts

Naomi is a leading authority on orphan works. She is currently undertaking a PHD at the University of Edinburgh, supervised by Professor Melissa Terras and Dr Smita Kheria, analysing the impact of Brexit on the management of orphan works for UK cultural heritage organisations.
